How long have you been in business?
I have owned Premiums Plus for almost 15 years now.
What is your primary product or service?
We distribute for many suppliers and manufacturers. There are thousands of products that we have access to and we can put company logos on all of them.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was in commercial printing and when I wanted to start a business, I thought this was a good transition.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most companies that do what we do drop ship their product right from the suppler to their clients. We have everything shipped to us so that we can inspect it to make sure everything is correct. We do not want any of our clients opening boxes and find out that the imprint is not correct.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just the one and we are small but this allows us to give great customer service to our clients.
