Grew up in the plumbing business along with 3 other brothers who are also plumbers. Have a B.S. in Industrial Management with 10 years split between Technical Sales and Production Management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Strong Work Ethic, concentrate on doing work right the first time, customer service-LISTENING to what the customer wants. Competitive pricing, Value for your dollar spent. Name brand products, 5 year labor warranty.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
2 locations - North East Illinois (Chicago Western Suburbs) and East-Central Illinois (Champaign & Danville). We currently are EXPANDING INTO THE PLAINFIELD, SHOREWOOD & JOLIET AREA
