What is your primary product or service?
Transmissions and Complete Auto Repair. Services include transmission repair, rebuilding, and installation. Complete auto repair services including computerized diagnostic service, preventative maintenance, A/C service, tune-ups, brakes, shocks, struts, check engine lights, oil changes, exhaust and muffler services, etc. We accept extended warranties, fleet and lease plans. ARI, GE Fleet, Enterprise, Lease Plan, Wheels, and more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started working on cars when I was 14 then went on to become a full-time auto technician. After becoming a manager for two other shops for over 15 years, I decided to open my own business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer honest dependable auto service at a fair price and specialize in transmission repair. We take a lot of pride in our work and our shop appearance. We have a clean friendly waiting area and a clean work environment.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location at this time.

We are located at 620 E. North Ave. in Lombard IL. 1.5 miles east of I-355 and three miles West of Rt.83 on the North side of the road.
